Privacy and access

Set these in the Privacy card on a video’s page.

Who can watch

• Public: anyone, and the share page can appear in search results.
• Unlisted: anyone with the link or the embed. The share page is hidden from search engines.
• Private: only signed-in members of your workspace, and embeds signed by a WordPress site connected to your workspace. Copying the embed code to another site doesn’t work.

Only play on my allowed domains

With this on, the video only plays when it’s embedded on a domain listed in Settings → General → Allowed embed domains (use *.example.com for subdomains), on its Pellio share page, or on a connected WordPress site. Everywhere else the player refuses to load.

Viewer password

Add a password and viewers are asked for it inside the player before it plays. Your dashboard and connected WordPress sites skip the password. Remove password turns it off.
