Plan what goes out with the content calendar
Sur cette page
The content calendar, in Review → Calendar, shows what is going out and what is due across your projects, in a month or week view. On a phone it’s a list by day.
What’s on the calendar
- Publish dates: when each destination of a file’s publish kit goes out (YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, a podcast or the Library), with how many of its fields are approved, such as 2/5.
- Due dates you set on files.
- Approvals due: the deadline on a review link that asks named people to approve.
- Library videos and podcast episodes as they went live (for the team only).
Filter by project, by kind or destination, and by the person a file is assigned to. Click anything to open it.

Set when a destination goes out
On a file’s Publish tab, pick a destination and set Goes out. For YouTube and Shorts, a scheduled time in the destination’s details counts too, and the two stay in step.

Move things by dragging
Review editors and admins can drag a publish date, a due date or an approvals deadline to another day; the time of day stays the same. Moving a YouTube date that’s scheduled in its details changes that scheduled time, so the details need approving again. Library videos and podcast episodes show what already happened, so they don’t move.
Subscribe in your calendar app
- Click Subscribe and copy your private link.
- In Google Calendar, choose Other calendars → From URL; in Outlook, Add calendar → Subscribe from web; in Apple Calendar, File → New Calendar Subscription. Paste the link.
- Your calendar app checks for changes by itself (Google Calendar can take a few hours).
The link shows what you can see in Pellio, so keep it to yourself. If it gets out, click New link: the old one stops working at once.

Clients see the calendar only when an admin turns it on in Review → Editors & billing → Clients, and then only for their own projects. They can’t move anything.
