WordPress multisite

Network-activate the Pellio plugin, then open Network Admin → Pellio and choose how the network connects:

• Each site connects its own Pellio account (the default). Every site connects in its own Pellio → Settings, exactly as on a single site. Use this when sites belong to different teams or clients.
• Connect once for the whole network. Connect the network here, and every site uses that Pellio workspace. Tick Let site admins connect a different Pellio account instead if some sites should be able to use their own; otherwise only a network admin can change it.

On a network connection, each site’s address is added to your workspace’s allowed domains the first time an admin visits it, so subdomain and mapped-domain sites play your videos too.

Learners across a network

WordPress shares users across a network, so a learner is the same person on every site: their Pellio watch history, cross-device resume and learner-log records follow them. Lesson progress (watched, attested) is kept per site, so lessons on different sites never mix.

Removing the plugin

Deleting Pellio from Network Admin removes its settings from every site and the network connection. Posts keep their Pellio blocks, and migration backups are kept so a re-install can still undo them.
