What’s new in Pellio Review

Review and approval: comments, versions, links and publishing.

  1. New feature

Pellio Review: review, approve and publish video

Frame-accurate review and client approvals for video, audio and images, then publish the approved version in one click.

Pellio Review brings video review and approval into Pellio: your team and your clients give frame-accurate feedback, approve the right version, and it goes live without a download or a re-upload.

    • Projects with folders for video (ProRes, H.264, up to 4K), audio and images. Upload a new cut as the next version: every version keeps playing, and Compare plays two side by side in sync.
    • A review player with frame-accurate stepping and SMPTE timecode, comments on a frame, a range or the whole file, drawing on the frame, replies, @mentions, resolve and internal notes.
    • Share an asset, folder or project with clients who don’t need an account: password, expiry, downloads, which versions they see, and a reviewer watermark. They comment, draw, and approve or request changes; approvals are kept per version and in the audit log. Your team gets one digest email.
    • Publish an approved version as a new Library video, or as a new version of one, under the same embeds and analytics. Send for review from any Library video, and an approval gate that holds a video’s new version until it’s approved.
    • A Premiere Pro panel (comments as sequence markers, new versions uploaded from Premiere), marker exports for Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, CSV, and a PDF report with every comment’s frame.
    • Review events on webhooks, Zapier and the MCP server.
    • $39 a month for 5 editors billed yearly ($49 monthly), $10 per extra editor, reviewers free; works on any plan, including Free, with a 14-day trial. See Pellio Review and the help articles.
