WordPress Multisite
One Pellio connection for every site in your network, or one per site.
What you can do
- Connect the whole network to one Pellio workspace, from Network Admin.
- Or let each site connect its own Pellio account, for networks where sites belong to different teams or clients.
- Allow some sites to use their own account even when the network is connected.
- Follow learners across sites: their watch history, cross-device resume and learner-log entries go with them.
Set it up
- Network-activate the Pellio plugin.
- Open Network Admin → Pellio and choose how the network connects.
- For one connection, choose Connect once for the whole network, click Save changes, then Connect the network to Pellio.
- Tick Let site admins connect a different Pellio account instead if some sites should use their own.
- Otherwise, leave Each site connects its own Pellio account (the default) and connect each site in its own Pellio → Settings.
Good to know
- On a network connection, each site’s address is added to your allowed domains the first time an admin visits it, so subdomain and mapped-domain sites play your videos.
- Lesson progress (watched, attested) is kept per site, so lessons on different sites never mix.
- Your plan’s limit on connected WordPress sites applies: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, unlimited on Standard and above.
- Deleting Pellio from Network Admin removes its settings from every site and the network connection.
