WP Fusion
Send video starts and completions to your CRM through WP Fusion tags.
What you can do
- Apply WP Fusion tags when a logged-in user starts a video.
- Apply other tags when they complete it.
- Let WP Fusion pass those tags to the CRM it’s connected to, so your CRM’s automations can react.
Set it up
- Install the Pellio plugin with WP Fusion active. Connect your Pellio account in Pellio → Settings for verified completion on Pellio-hosted videos.
- Go to Pellio → Settings → Automations. This section appears when WP Fusion is active.
- Choose tags under When a logged-in user starts a video, apply tags.
- Choose tags under When a logged-in user completes a video, apply tags.
- Save, then use those tags in your CRM’s automations.
Good to know
- Only logged-in users are tracked, because tags need a known user.
- Completion means watching 90% of the video. For Pellio-hosted videos, it’s checked against the unique seconds Pellio recorded for that user, so skipping ahead doesn’t count.
- Start and completion fire once per user and video.
- Developers can change the threshold with
pellio_completion_thresholdand the tags withpellio_automation_tags. - If your CRM is Mailchimp, HubSpot, Customer.io or ActiveCampaign, Pellio can also connect to it directly, including viewers who aren’t logged in to WordPress.
