Copyright notices and counter-notices
Updated October 1, 2026
Copyright notices and counter-notices are handled through pellio.io/dmca. That page explains what a notice needs to include and is the place to submit one.
If you own the rights
Submit a notice at pellio.io/dmca with the link to the video. We review it and, if it’s complete, remove the video and tell the account that uploaded it.
If your video was removed
You’ll get an email explaining why. If you believe it was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice from pellio.io/dmca. The video can be restored after 10 business days unless the person who sent the notice tells us they’ve taken legal action.
This article describes our process; it isn’t legal advice.
