Weekly and monthly report emails

Report emails summarise how your videos did, compared with the period before. They’re off for everyone until you turn them on, and each person chooses for themselves.
Turn them on
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Choose Weekly (every Monday, covering Monday to Sunday) or Monthly (on the 1st, covering the month before).
- Use Email me a preview now to see what you’ll get.
What’s in a report
- Plays, unique viewers, watch time, play rate and leads, compared with the period before.
- Your most-watched videos, and where viewers drop off early.
- New uploads, and A/B tests that found a winner.
- For owners and admins: a note when storage is 70% full or more.
If you can only see some folders, your report only covers those. If nothing happened in the period, no email is sent.
Stop them
Use the unsubscribe link in any report (one click), or set reports to Off in Settings → Notifications.
