Storage and bandwidth limits

Each plan includes an amount of storage and a monthly bandwidth allowance. You can see your usage in Settings → Usage and Settings → Billing.

Storage

• Storage counts the original files you upload, including videos in Trash.
• Owners get an email at 80% and at 100% of storage.
• At 100%, new uploads stop until you free up space or upgrade. Your existing videos keep playing.

Bandwidth

• Bandwidth is fair use: videos keep playing if you go over your plan’s monthly amount.
• Owners get an email at 80% and 100% of the month’s bandwidth, with a projection for the month’s end.
• If you want a hard stop, an admin can turn on the bandwidth cap in Settings → Billing. When the month’s bandwidth is used up, public playback pauses until the month ends, you turn the cap off, or you upgrade.
