Teams and roles
Invite people in Settings → Team. They get an email with a link, and the page shows the link too (“Invitation sent. You can also share this link:”) so you can send it yourself. Invitations expire after 14 days; Revoke cancels one before then.

Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything an admin can, and manage other owners. |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus settings, people, connected sites, API keys, webhooks, integrations, player presets, sharing folders, the audit log and the learner log. |
| Member | Upload, record, import and edit videos; manage folders and playlists; make share and review links; see leads. |
| Viewer | Watch videos, including private ones, see analytics, and comment, reply and resolve comments. |
People can Leave a workspace, and owners and admins can Remove someone.
Folder access
By default everyone sees All folders. To limit someone to particular folders, set them to Shared folders only in Settings → Team, then share folders with them: a folder’s options (…) → Share folder…, and choose No access, Can view, Can edit or Can manage for each person. Access carries down to subfolders.
People limited to shared folders only see those folders’ videos and upload into them. They don’t see Playlists, Leads, Unfiled, Record, Import or player presets.
Several workspaces
Use the workspace switcher at the top left to move between workspaces, create a New workspace or open Workspace settings: handy for agencies with one workspace per client. Each workspace has its own videos, team, settings and usage. Settings → General → Workspace sets its Name and Icon, shown in the switcher.

Notifications
Settings → Notifications sets which emails you get, per workspace: “A video I uploaded fails to process”, “A video I uploaded is ready”, “A guest comments on a video I uploaded” and “Someone fills in a form”. For videos uploaded through the API or WordPress, owners and admins are notified instead.
It’s also where you choose the weekly or monthly report email.

Audit log
Settings → Audit log (owners and admins) records who did what: uploads, imports, privacy and settings changes, deletions, people, API keys, webhooks, integrations, connected sites and lead exports. Filter by area or by person or key. Each entry shows when, who, what, details and the IP address. Export CSV downloads it.

Usage
Settings → Usage shows storage, bandwidth, watch time and video count for the month, updated hourly. Bandwidth is estimated from watch time.
