Pellio Drive pricing, members and storage

Pellio Drive has its own subscription, separate from your Pellio plan. Owners and admins manage it under Billing on the Drive page.

Prices

• $59 a month billed yearly, or $69 billed monthly, for 5 members and 2 TB of storage. Downloads and streaming are included: there’s no charge for egress.
• Extra members: $8 a month each.
• Extra storage: $30 a month per TB billed yearly, or $35 billed monthly.
• With Pellio Review on the same workspace, Drive is $9 a month less, so Review and Drive together are $89 a month billed yearly. The discount applies by itself while both are active.
• Single sign-on and SCIM are included.

The trial

Each workspace gets one 14-day trial, started with a card. Nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel any time before then. If your workspace has used its trial, Drive starts straight away.

Add members and storage

Under Billing, change Extra members or Extra storage (TB) and click Save; the new monthly price shows before you save. Members shows how many seats are in use, for example 3 of 5. To use Drive, a person needs a seat; turning someone off frees theirs.

Storage

Your storage holds current files, earlier versions and the trash; versions and deleted files are kept for 30 days. The Drive storage meter shows how much is used. Files sent to Review or the Library from Drive count only once, in Drive.

The workspace owner gets an email at 80% and at 100%. When storage is full, new files and new versions are refused (from the browser, computers and upload links) until you add storage or space is freed. Files already in Drive keep opening as normal.

Cancel

Click Cancel Drive under Billing. Drive stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for (or the end of the trial), and your files are kept. Changed your mind? Click Keep Pellio Drive before then.
